Warranty Information
JET Filter System’s warranty & liability policy warrants its filters against defects in material workmanship, from the date of sale, as follows:
10 Years
Steel Housings
5 Years
Filter Cartridges
3 Years
Check Valves
If during this period JET Filter System finds a defect, they’ll repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover installation, cosmetic damage, or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification of, or to any part of the product. This warranty does not cover damages due to improper installation or maintenance.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE BUYER. JET FILTER SYSTEM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR THE BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Company or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the installation or use of JET Filter System’s products.
